Cloud Migrations
Plan and execute migrations of workloads, data, and email to Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid environments — sequenced for business impact and validated at every stage, not moved all at once on a deadline.
Overview
Moving to the cloud is one of the highest-impact changes an organization can make — and one of the easiest to get wrong. Migrations that look straightforward on paper routinely run into undocumented dependencies, data gravity, licensing surprises, and integration gaps that surface only after cutover. When the migration is driven by a deadline rather than a plan, the result is often a cloud environment that costs more, performs worse, and is harder to manage than the on-premises one it replaced.
A structured migration approach avoids that outcome by treating the move as an engineering project with defined stages: discovery and dependency mapping, workload sequencing, landing zone preparation, staged migration with validation, and cutover with rollback. Not every workload belongs in the cloud, and not every workload belongs there now. Sequencing decisions get made based on business impact, technical readiness, and cost — not on a generic "move everything" mandate that ignores what's actually running.
The outcome is a migration that lands where it's supposed to: workloads running in the right environment, dependencies intact, data verified, and the team left with documentation they can operate from. Organizations that migrate deliberately avoid the common pattern of arriving in the cloud with a fragile, half-documented estate that costs more than the one they left behind. The goal isn't to be in the cloud. It's to be in the cloud correctly.
